Schedule of Charges

Connection Charges

Fees collected upon new connection service request for the activation of gas to End-users heating equipment.

Consumption Charges

Based on End-Users gas consumption, charges are billed as per cubic meter (m3). Gas Consumption charges are based on current market rates for Gas and is subject to revision from time to time. End-Users shall be notified before change in the rate is applied.

Service Charges

A fixed service charge payable is applicable regardless of gas usage/consumption by End-Users. Service Charge shall be billed monthly or quarterly depending on the frequency of visits.

Refundable Security Deposit

Deposits to be placed by the End-Users before the activation of gas connection for their premises. Deposits will be returned/refunded to the End-User upon receipt of request for Disconnection & Final Billing, less any outstanding charges.

Re-Connection Charges

In case of disconnection of service due to non-payment of Utility Bill/Invoice, Re-connection charges are applicable. 

Late Payment Charges

Utility Bill/Invoice unsettled by the End-User before the specified due date shall incur Late Payment charges.

Note: All charges/rates are as per Al Fahidi Gastech LLC’s agreement with Building Owner/Developer/Facility Management Company.
